While every effort is made to portray the items for sale accurately there may, on occasion, be slight variations.  All measurements quoted are approximate and in centimetres. The reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.  Slight variations can also be dependent on calibration of individual screens.

As many of our items are handmade, slight variations in size and colour may occur due to the nature and uniqueness of these particular products.

The Angel Rooms products are for decorative use only and are not toys. Due to the choking hazards for the small items, these items are not suitable for children under 36 months.

The Angel Rooms, reserves the right at our discretion to refuse to supply Goods.

We do not supply mounts or display stands, unless otherwise stated.

The Angel Rooms reserve the right to reclaim the costs of storage and/or re-delivery and/or other related costs where the customer fails to accept delivery of Goods.

Order Confirmation

On receipt of your order we will send you an email, which will state clearly the items you have ordered and prices of these items.


Orders may be cancelled before the items are dispatched and the dispatched goods email is sent to you. If you cancel your order after the item has been dispatched and the email sent, you will have to return the unwanted items at your expense following the guidelines below.


Please state your preferred delivery option at point of paying. If you have chosen for your item(s) to be signed for then please be aware that if you’re not home at the point of delivery to sign for your item, it will be taken back to the sorting office.

We cannot be held responsible for any item that goes missing once it has been left on your property.

Lost or Missing Item

If an item goes missing in the post we will endeavour to do everything we can to help.

Firstly, please contact your local Royal Mail Post Office and check that they are not holding your item. If the item is deemed missing then please fill in a ‘Non-Receipt of Item’ form and email a copy to us at

We will then resend your item(s) to you immediately and deal with the Royal Mail claim ourselves.

Needs Love

If a product is marked as ‘Needs Love’, it will be significantly reduced from its original price. This means, that the item will have an imperfection on it. An imperfection could be that the item is chipped, marked, has a piece missing, dented, or has a general fault. The reason for the reduction will be included with the item description.

Returns Policy

Here at The Angel Rooms, we want all our customers to be happy with all of their orders. However, if this is not the case:

  • From the day you received the products you have 14 days to request a refund/exchange and dispatch the products back to us
  • Contact us with your order number and return/exchange request
  • All products must be returned unused and in the same packaging they came in
  • Once we have received the product, please allow 3 working days for the refund to be processed back to the same method that the order was paid with
  • We will return all payments made for your order, including the costs for shipping the product to you (except for extra express delivery costs in case you didn’t choose our standard shipping method). You have to pay return shipment costs
  • Earring and piercing items along with postage are non-refundable.
  • All returns must include a note of the order number or refund will be delayed as we won’t know where it has come from

Faulty Goods

  • All of our products are carefully checked before they are packaged. However, if for any reason your items are faulty, or has been damaged in transit please contact us immediately
